Hi I’m Charlotte. I have worked supporting students ranging from ages 5 to 21 in a wide range of subjects over many years. Maths and English are my most popular subjects and as I am also a qualified neurodivergency support practitioner my ability to adapt teaching and learning to personal preferences and needs makes me a successful tutor with long standing relationships that lead to great progress and outcomes. I have considerable experience ranging from general maths and English support, to preparation for entrance exams, SATs, GCSEs, and A’ level exams. As I am a Level 7 specific learning difficulties qualified tutor I am outstanding in supporting dyslexia, dyscalculia, and other neurodivergent needs such as ASC and ADHD amongst others. Hi, I'm Charlotte. You've been looking at my tutor page perhaps. I'm a really experienced teacher and tutor in both maths and English, but also furthermore in support for neurodiversity and specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and I've also worked in schools for ASC and ADHD and SEMH, so I'm well versed in adapting my teaching and tutoring to meet the needs of you and what works for you and what you're hoping to gain from the sessions. That can be a wide variety. Some people are preparing for exams. Some people are preparing for entrance exams to get into places. Some people just want to build their confidence and their self-belief and their ability to work independently. Whatever it is, whatever you're looking for, I have those skills and love working with young people and young adults to help you achieve what it is you're looking for. And so hopefully this gives you a taste of what I'm like and I'm very relational in my approach. I'm not too formal, but I do have high expectations and aspirations for all of the people that I work with due to all of the kinds of sessions that I've worked in. I always want people to achieve to their full potential, but without it being pressurised.
