I have a PhD in biochemistry/molecular parasitology, and a scientific academic career spanning over 15 years. I’ve always been drawn to any opportunity to teach. I love sharing knowledge about the subjects I’m passionate about. Consequently I've taught maths and science to many people: from children in a nursery and school outreach setting; to undergraduates in tutorials; to medical conference attendees in an epidemic simulation; to laypeople in a lecture on the biology of zombie parasites! Now I have moved into tutoring full time. I'm committed to sharing my knowledge and experience with others in an accessible and engaging way.
