I'm currently working on a PhD in English Literature at the University of Nottingham, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC). I'm an internationally-published writer, and have written peer-reviewed articles for academic journals. But the most rewarding work I get to do is when teaching: bringing literature to life and seeing my students flourish is, for me, unbeatable.
