Hello, my name is Andrew and please call me Andrew. There's no need to be formal Mr. White or anything like that. With my tutoring, I like it to be informal and easygoing, so please call me Andrew. I am a teacher of 26 years and I have a whole host of experience teaching on a wide range of qualifications, which include the International Baccalaureate, the IB Diploma in Business Management, as well as the Extended Essays. And I've also done the Extended Projects as well, towards Business Management and Business Studies as well. I've taught on A level, all the exam boards with A level. I've also taught GCSE Business Studies, again, all exam boards with the GCSE Business Studies. And I've also taught IGCSE, International GCSE, again, Cambridge and Pearson with that one, and Business Studies and Enterprise and Entrepreneurship. And I've also taught on BTECs and Cambridge Technicals as well. And I've also held an examiner's role in the BTECs as well for that. So a whole range of different qualifications, really spanning over 26 years. I've held a whole host of different positions in schools, from head of department to BTEC coordinator, head of vocational, director of business, teaching and learning manager. So a real, real good experience of teaching and learning as well from that. Probably well worth noting that my BTEC experience has also been as a centre quality reviewer, where I've gone and inspected schools and colleges in their delivery of BTEC and their standards verification. I got basically the top grade that you can get, which is a grade four. I know it's very strange, it should be a grade one, but Pearson liked to grade us the other way around, and grade four was the top grade. I was also nominated by my students for a teaching award, which was, they put me forward for that. And again, that was really a great experience. I've taught abroad. I taught in a Swiss international school, which was an IB world school. And I taught the IB diploma and I was the IB career programme coordinator as well, which is the vocational side of the IB. So I was in the academic one as well as the vocational one. So I really kind of fit in all camps. And I've got all experience of that as well. I'm in my 27th year now in teaching and 26 years done. So how would I deliver if you chose me? The difference between obviously teaching and tutoring is that tutoring, I would base everything around you, your action plans, your needs, what you're struggling with. And then around that, I would try to obviously between myself and you, we would work out, okay, what lessons and what makes, what type of lessons makes you think and learn. So that could be case studies, for example, self-independent study, for example, exam technique. Okay. There's a whole host of different ways that we could get that from that. But from that initial action plan, it will be done with you and not to you. And that would be very, that would be very much my approach from it. I'm friendly, easygoing. I, you know, I'm dedicated to helping young people study in business management and business studies and get the best grade possible. I look forward to discussing with you and hopefully being your tutor. Thank you very much. Goodbye.
