Yes. Cancellations more than 24 hours before a lesson receive a full refund. Within 24 hours, 50% is refunded. Tutor cancellations always result in a full refund. Tutors can also issue refunds up to 48 hours after a lesson.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Yes, Klasu offers refunds in several situations:

Cancellation Refunds

• More than 24 hours before lesson: Full refund
• Less than 24 hours before lesson: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee)
• Tutor cancellation: Full refund (always, regardless of timing)

Post-Lesson Refunds

If you experienced an issue during your lesson (e.g. tutor was late, technical problems), your tutor can issue a refund within 48 hours of the lesson completing.

How Long Do Refunds Take?

Refunds are processed immediately through Stripe and typically appear back on your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
