How to watch your lesson recordings

Find out where to watch your Klasu lesson recordings, when they're ready, and what to do if you can't see the Recording button.

Your Klasu lessons are recorded, so you can look back over anything you covered, whether that's a tricky topic, an exam technique or your tutor's explanation of a past paper question.

Who can watch recordings?

Recordings can be watched by the student, or the parent who booked the lesson, from their Klasu dashboard. Tutors can't view lesson recordings.

When is my recording ready?

Recordings are usually available about 30 minutes after your lesson ends. We'll also email you when your lesson notes are ready.

How to find your recording

1. Log in to Klasu and go to your Dashboard.
2. Open the Completed Lessons tab.
3. Find your lesson. They're listed with the most recent first.
4. Click Recording to watch it back.

You can also click View Notes on the same lesson to see your lesson notes and the content covered.

I can't see a Recording button

• The lesson only just finished? Give it around 30 minutes. If you see a Refresh button instead, click it to check again.
• Still not showing after an hour? Please email support@klasu.co.uk and we can look into this for you.
