Yes, you can cancel a lesson for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. Tutor cancellations always result in a full refund.

Yes! You can cancel any upcoming lesson from your Dashboard.

Free Cancellation

Cancel more than 24 hours before your lesson for a full refund (or no charge if payment hasn't been captured yet).

Late Cancellation

Cancel within 24 hours of your lesson and a 50% cancellation fee applies. The other 50% is refunded.

Cancellation Deadline

You can cancel up to 10 minutes before the lesson starts. After that, cancellation is no longer available online — please contact support.

Steps to Cancel

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Find the lesson under Upcoming Lessons
3. Click the three-dot menu
4. Select Cancel Lesson and confirm
